If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. DEFINITIONSFor purposes of these Terms:“Glindra AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to INFOGRATO LLC.
“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
“Service” refers to Glindra AI software, including the Google™ Slides™ add-on, web applications, APIs, templates, AI-generated content, and related features.
“Subscription” refers to any paid or free plan offered by Glindra AI.
“Content” refers to text, presentations, images, templates, data, or materials generated, uploaded, or processed through the Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCEYou must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of an entity.By using Glindra AI, you represent and warrant that:You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You will not use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICEGlindra AI provides AI-powered tools designed to assist users in creating, editing, and generating presentation content, including but not limited to:
Automated slide generation
Template-based layout creation
Content structuring and formatting
Integrations with Google™ Slides™
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.4. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS4.1 Account CreationTo access certain features, you may be required to create an account or authenticate via third-party services.You are responsible for:Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
4.2 Access RevocationWe reserve the right to:Suspend or terminate access at any time
Limit or restrict features
Remove access without prior notice if these Terms are violated
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PLANS, AND BILLING5.1 Subscription PlansGlindra AI may offer:Free plans with usage limits
Paid subscriptions with enhanced features
Plan features, limits, and pricing may change at our discretion.5.2 Billing and PaymentsBy purchasing a subscription, you authorize Glindra AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, unless canceled. You agree that:
All charges are final
Fees are billed in advance
Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction
6. NO REFUNDS POLICY (IMPORTANT)6.1 No Full or Partial RefundsAll payments made to Glindra AI are non-refundable.This includes, without limitation:
Subscription fees
Usage-based charges
Partial billing periods
Accidental purchases
Unused credits or features
We do not offer:Full refunds
Partial refunds
Prorated refunds
6.2 Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.Upon cancellation:Access continues until the end of the current billing period
No refunds are issued for remaining time
No credits are provided for unused usage
6.3 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute: Access to Glindra AI will be terminated immediately
The account may be permanently disabled
Future access may be denied
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and recover associated costs.
7. USER OBLIGATIONS AND ACCEPTABLE USE
By using Glindra AI, you agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.You agree that you will not:Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You are strictly prohibited from:Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service without authorization
Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from the Service
Using bots, automation, or scripts to abuse usage limits
Circumventing subscription limits or paywalls
Uploading malicious code or harmful content
Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
9. USER CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
9.1 Ownership of User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or input into Glindra AI. You grant Glindra AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9.2 Responsibility for ContentYou are solely responsible for:The accuracy of content you create
Ensuring content does not violate laws or third-party rights
Reviewing AI-generated output before use
Glindra AI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.
10. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Glindra AI uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate content.You acknowledge that:AI-generated content may contain errors
Output is not professional advice
Final responsibility rests with the user
You agree to independently verify any generated content before relying on it.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS11.1 Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in Glindra AI, including:
Software
Code
Templates
Branding
Logos
User interface designs are owned by INFOGRATO LLC or its licensors.
11.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription period. This license terminates upon suspension or termination.
12. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS
If you submit feedback or suggestions: You grant Glindra AI a perpetual, royalty-free right to use it
No compensation is owed
We are not obligated to implement suggestions
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS
Glindra AI may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:
Google™ Slides™
Payment processors
Analytics providers
We are not responsible for third-party services or content. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
14.1 Suspension by Glindra AI
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to the Service, immediately and without prior notice, if we believe that:
You have violated these Terms
You have attempted to abuse usage limits or pricing
You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
Your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk
Suspension may be temporary or permanent at our sole discretion.
14.2 Termination by Glindra AI
We may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:
All licenses granted to you immediately cease
You lose access to the Service and generated features
Any remaining subscription time is forfeited
No refunds are issued under any circumstances
14.3 Termination by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or applicable platform. Cancellation does not entitle you to:
A refund
A credit
Continued access beyond the billing period
15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
Glindra AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:
Modify or update features
Add or remove functionality
Perform maintenance
Suspend service temporarily or permanently
We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
16. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLINDRA AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
We do not warrant that: The Service will be error-free
Output will meet expectations
AI-generated content will be accurate or complete
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: IN NO EVENT SHALL INFOGRATO LLC, GLINDRA AI, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR: INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS
RELIANCE ON GENERATED CONTENT
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GLINDRA AI IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INFOGRATO LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Your content or misuse of AI-generated output
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND VENUE
20.1 Informal ResolutionBefore initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact Glindra AI to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
20.2 Exclusive VenueAny legal action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
20.3 Class Action WaiverTo the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that:Claims must be brought in an individual capacity
You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding
21. FORCE MAJEURE
Glindra AI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God
Natural disasters
Internet or infrastructure failures
Government actions
Labor disputes
Third-party service outages
22. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without prior written consent from Glindra AI. Glindra AI may assign these Terms freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or corporate restructuring.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
24. WAIVER
Failure by Glindra AI to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Glindra AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
26. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated “Last Updated” date.Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
